South Africa VS New Zealand 2nd Test update

Lunch Day 2: South Africa 390/5

After a short rain delay New Zealand started the better of the two sides by taking the wicket of Day 1 centurion Hashim Amla for 110. Boult got his first wicket of the innings, although it has got to be said, Amla was quite unlucky, as it was a catch to the keeper down legside. Nonetheless South Africa resisted the New Zealand fight and managed to not lose a wicket for the rest of the session. Faf du Plessis is on the verge of a ton, sitting on 99* at lunch. Dean Elgar is with him on 31*.

If New Zealand cannot get into the tail quickly, then South Africa could pile up an even bigger score of 500+. Even still knowing New Zealand's rather frail batting, even a score around 450 may be enough for the South Africans to only bat once in the game.
